What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship to Canada and the USA.

We ship out your order within 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, our carriers deliver in Canada within 3-9 business days, and to the USA in 4-8 business days. 

We always do our best to ship your order as promptly as possible, however, there may be delays due to covid or holidays.

Orders to the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the U.S. Customs. The recipient may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

How does local pickup work?

Our local pickup is in Hamilton, ON(Mountain West area).

Leaving Notes - When you view your cart before checkout, you have the option to leave notes. Please do so if you have any specific requests for pickup date/time, otherwise this will be arranged after your order is ready.

Confirmation - When you select local pickup at checkout, we will prepare your order and send you a confirmation email once it is ready. The email will contain instructions on how to proceed with pickup.

Be sure to wait until you receive the email stating your order is ready before coming to the pickup location.

Pickup is contactless.

 

What size are your baby items?

We carry clothing for sizes from Newborn to 4T currently.  If there is an item you would like to get in a larger size or if we are out of the size you need, please feel free to email us at hello@mylovebaby.ca with the subject line 'SIZE REQUEST' and we will do our best to source the item for you.

Both our bows and scarves are made for ages 3-18 months.

Our bows are adjustable, and can be retied for a custom fit.

Some fabrics stretch more over time - particularly our 'Cloud' pieces.  The cotton-jersey fabric they are made of tends to be a little more snug at first, then as it is worn it starts to relax.  You can also physically stretch the 'Cloud' pieces with your hands to help customize the fit.

 

Where are your products made?

My Love pieces are made locally in Hamilton, ON. 

Dear Heart Co is based in Angus, ON and manufactured in Toronto, ON.

Little & Lively is based and manufactured in Abbotsford, BC.

kidORCA is based and manufactured in BC.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email hello@mylovebaby.ca within 2 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly. 

 

Is it safe for my baby to wear a scarf?

Our scarves have a soft release snap back and usually open with little effort. If your baby catches their scarf on something it should release vs. pulling their neck.  However, it is not recommended for babies to wear anything around their neck while unsupervised, napping/sleeping, or in the car seat. Our bows follow the same recommendations as they could slide down around the neck.
